In 2010 Haiti was hit by an earthquake, and a small group gathered together to help those in need. Fafha is an organization that goes far beyond words knowing actions and initiative are what gets things done.  Fafha was established in May of 2021, but the leaders of fafah have been working to make changes of their own accord since 2018. In 2018 a bodega was established, which sparked the idea of change being possible. That bodega not only became a place to get food but a place of employment. Just as the old saying “If you give a man a fish, you feed him for a day. If you teach a man to fish, you feed him for a lifetime”.
